Ever heard of a game that has an amazingly huge amount of crap in it, it bothers you? Lester the Unlikely is one of those games. This is easily one of the worst games ever made, and one of the worst on the Snes. The game was released in 1994, and twisted game-play. By that, I mean it sucked because it had a cowardly character in the game who only gets brave when he gets kissed by a girl. Now this I played at my friends house, thank goodness.

The plot of Lester The Unlikely follows Lester walking on a local water dock reading a comic book. While reading he takes a terrible place to nap and is lifted on a ship, where for no reason pirates come and hijack it. Also for no reason, he swims to the nearest island. You know, he could've swam home, but apparently Lester is so chicken, he hates going back.

Graphically, it doesn't look abysmal, but it's blurry. The background looks good, but the character sprites are fuzzy and lack a serious amount of detail. Still, the enemies look decent enough to save the game's graphics from looking like crap.

Speaking of which, the sound is crap. It is probably the most annoying sound on a Snes. The game frequently uses jungle music, bad jungle music. The audio is unbearable too. When Lester jumps or cowardly runs away from a weak sea turtle, he makes a muttering scream. That's right, he does that.

Getting away from the cowardlyness of Lester, the controls are absolute crap. The jumping is delayed many times, and it gets very annoying. Also, you have to jump straight up to ledges, and somehow Lester can jump pretty high.

With abysmal sound and storyline, Lester The Unlikely is easily the Snes action game you must completely avoid. I have no idea why DMTC made this, but this is easily the worst action game of the decade. If you want a game with awesome sound and perfect controls, then this is obivously not your game.
