Unfortunately not as interesting as Lego Lord of the Rings, this game still combines fine Lego gameplay with the great story of the Hobbit (too bad it's the movie version, not the book version).
Story - 8, great, despite including the movie's terrible changes.
Gameplay - 7, classic Lego gameplay, nothing more.
Visuals - 8, looks very good.
Music - 7, The Hobbit score isn't nearly as great as the Lord of the Rings scores.
Controls - 7, basic controls, not too bad.
Multiplayer - 8, always fun.
Originality - 6, not very innovative.
Characters - 7, The Hobbit films sorely lacking in good characterisation compared to the other trilogy.
Fun - 8, Lego games are always fun.
Overall - 7.3
