This game is a hilarious and a blast. Perfect for when you are in between games.
I am guilty of only playing games that get stellar reviews. For the last 14 years I have played about 75% of the games that get a review of 8.5 and above. WIth that being said I miss a ton of games.
Right now I am in between games. I sell all my games on ebay after I beat them to get as much as my money back as possible. So COD4 is gone and I just beat Bio2. I have FIFA but still need something else to play.
After digging around I decided to give a Lego game a shot and from what I read Indian Jones is one of the better ones in the series. So I went to game spot the other day and picked it up for under $8 with my gamer card (cheap huh?).
Got home popped it in and man this is a fun game. It does have some gameplay issues but they are pretty easy to over. The game follows the first three Indiana movies. Its fun because you can be casual with it or go very deep. There is a replay mode where you go back to levels you have completed with different characters to find/retrieve treasures, parcels, and coins. This means many hours of gameplay. The game also has a very comedic theme throughout. There are parts that are really funny. The characters don't talk they just kinda grunt and to me that is funny.
Most of all the game is just plain fun and its also really good looking. Its perfect for me waiting for the fall games and how can you go wrong for $8.
