Poor help system, if you want to learn the basics you might read bit and pieces scattered across the forums for hours. You earn experience points while away or offline, so you will level up faster and be poorly geared, just really fodder to keep the addicts from getting bored. First hand experience of a lack of professionalism, debating an issue and some flash wizard admin shows his hand by turning my game client view upside down briefly, which did not ever happen otherwise.
