If you like this kind of game, it will serve you well. Not awesome, but worth the money.

Difficulty: Normal.
I heard horror stories about stupid AI. Its not true. Gretchen is dying more often than you. Mainly because you're immortal and she is not. If you're aggressive enough, the enemies go after you and ignore her. If you dodge, she is dodging at the same time. If you're downed she is trying to buy you time. She is keeping close, because without her, you cannot use magic. If you take her in your arms, booth of you are regenerating. So a little bit of strategic thinking is advised.
Flaws: In narrow spaces the camera tends to show you interesting parts of your back and floor. Some of boss fights are in so small arenas, that you die quite often after being tossed out of arena (instant death).
