This game makes me glad I was born!

So I went out and bought this game, Kirby's Adventure. It was slightly more expensive than what I usually pay, but I knew it was a great game. Little did I know that it was completely addicting and I would beat it in a week, after only playing it for a few hours a day for four days?
I couldn't believe it. I expected a good game, but what I got was the equivalent of video cocaine. You start out in this weird stage select which is kind of a limbo type setting, and you choose a door, which is the entrance to the level. A weird screen that reminds me of a fog hides all of the level doors, but you're getting the wrong idea now. So you enter the first level and it plays out like a typical side scroller but Kirby has the power to fly when he wants to by sucking in air and floating, and he can suck his enemies into his mouth and either spit them back out, or swallow them and usurp their powers!
If this isn't the coolest thing I've ever heard of, some of the powers are. You can breath fire, or ice; surround yourself with electricity; shoot laser beams; get a sword; attack enemies with a parasol…and one of the stupidest things I can think of, turn into a ball. I'm not quite sure what that does, but it must be something.
So you're going through all these levels, which after a while start becoming less and less linear, and every once in a while a mini game door will pop up, my favorite being the quick draw. It's pretty self-explanatory. Aside from this there is even secret areas within the levels that help you gain access to even more mini games.
In all, this isn't the hardest game ever, but it's not the easiest either. I had to turn it off a few times in frustration, only to turn it back on the next day and beat the part I had trouble with. I liked it a lot, and any fan of the Mario games or the side scroller in general will find it more than adequate.
