A pretty fun game, with some almost obligatory frustration.

When I played this game I pictured Quest for Glory 1 without the fighting. Which honestly would suck. I was pleasantly surprised. The game is relatively fun, but at times just annoying. For example, one thing that was pretty annoying was figuring out that rather than typing 'Ask about', 'Ask for', 'Tell about' or 'Say "___"' you simply say 'talk to-' and then for example, 'woodcutter'.

Once I got used to that, the game was pretty smooth sailing. A few things, as it seems it is in every King's Quest (Do I have to remind any one about the Custard Pies?), you have to do completely random things to items to get them to work. I only had this problem a few times, if even that. The one time I was truly 'stuck' in the game was on rubbing the ring to become invisible, and guessing that you had to jump into the arms of the giant bird to get to the Leprechaun (?) hideout.

Over all the game was pretty good, even for someone who hasn't enjoyed that many adventure games, and it's worth playing to any one who has half a brain and has UHS-hints.com favorited.
