This could have been a great game, but the poor story and the huge amount of generic quests hold it back.

As a lof of ppl have said the combat is lots of fun and can make you keep playing this game for lots of hours and the main story is not so bad. The problem comes if you start doing side quests and help the people here and there as you travel, then you start to feel like if you were grinding on an online mmo.

The quests are just an iteration of fetch me this or kill that over and over, even the main quests feel this way though the story softens it a bit, I some times think that this game was originally made to be a MMO.

There is just like 10 types of monsters, they change their names and recycle them as you progress which makes this combat experience quiet repetitive.

Also they make you think this is and RPG and it is NOT, in an RPG you fulfill a roll and each character has its own way to overcome a problem, in here it doesn't matter if you have spells bow or sword you overcome the problems they give you the exact same way.
