I played this game a while back and this game is all right, but has several flaws that need to be looked over by Square-Enix. There are so many flaws in this game that it really hampers the replayability for the players who give this game a go. Kingdom Hearts Re:coded pickes up where Kingdom Hearts II left off. Basically Jiminy Cricket is trying to figure out what the message "Thank Namine" means. You play as Data Sora revisiting about half of the worlds that you visit in Kingdom Hearts I. You have to figure out what is corrupting the data in the system that Mickey is using. When the events come to find the data corruption, Data Sora basically has this radar to find the source of the data corruption and when an exclamation mark appears above Sora's head, you basically use your keyblade and an entranceway is created. You have to fight these enemies that are encided in some weird computer code. Once you beat them, the data is fixed. What really makes this game a pain is the difficulty level. You can adjust the difficulty level on the Chip Board on which you level Data Sora up and gain new abilities as well as stats. On Normal difficulty, this game is hard. When I battled against Roxas, he was insanely difficult to beat. You have to be patient when you fight him. The camera is a problem in this game. The camera is certainly going to frustrate you. It's hard managing the camera to get to the angle you want it. Another issue with the game are the difficult puzzles that you have to do to progress the story. These puzzles can be very frustrating and will certainly make you yell at your game console. So overall I would not recommend this game to any casual gamer. If you are a hardcore gamer, then be my guest. I hope Square-Enix fixes the bugs with any future Kingdom Hearts games.
