The battle for Kingdom Hearts rages on.
The story takes place just about a year after the events that occured in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories as Sora and his disney pals have awaken from their long sleep ready to continue on their mission to find their friends Riku and the King but soon they learn that the Heartless which had caused problems for them along with many other worlds are back and now there is even a bigger problem when a new enemy known as the Nobodies which are beings that are created for when a people with a very strong heart is turned into a Heartless also has a Noboby created that acts like a empty shell and then there is the Organzation 13 as they are higher leveled Nobodies that control the lesser ones but nobody seems to know much about or their utlimate goal so now Sora and his friends must once more take the role of heroes of Light and travel to the many worlds meeting friends and enemies both new and old as they try to keep the darkness from taking over.
What makes the Kingdom Hearts game interesting for me has got to be the disney worlds that appear within in as Sora gets to travel back to a few that had appear in the first game like Halloween Town and Olympus Coliseum , new disney worlds to explore as you remember that you had Simba ( the lion king ) and Mushu ( Mulan ) as magic summons so now you can go to their homeworlds , the worlds of the Little Mermaid and Winnie the Pooh are now mini game based worlds and for the first time you get to go to two real movie based worlds that where based on the movies of Tron and Pirates of the Caribbean so there is lots to see.
There has been alot done to improve Kingdom Hearts 2 from the first game like the Gummi Ship that you use to travel to the worlds is more mission based now that you can unlock new ships and other stuff , new summon magics , new magic spells , drive forms which this is when Sora can take on new powerful forms to defeat enemies and lots more for the player to discover.
I have waited a long time for the sequel to Kingdom Hearts 2 and this one was indeed worth the wait as it is one of the best games in my collection so if you like the series like myself or you are interested in a trying out a new game then give this game a try.
