View from the parent of a 6-year-old. The game is beautiful, but has flaws (kinect) uncharacteristic of Disney products.

The game is indeed beautiful and my 6-year-old daughter loves it (most of the time). The things she says about it sometimes are statements of pure glee. Sadly, for some reason, the system cannot recognize her waving her hand. Since wave is the primary way to initiate and end interactions with characters, rides, etc., this gets a little (no a lot) frustrating for the child (and more so for the parent attempting to tell the child what to do).

If there is anyway the developers could "update" and "patch" the software so as to improve the reliability of the motion detection, I sure hope that they do it. Without taking such action, the game has a huge blemish on it that is not reflective of the attention to detail and the fine quality normally associated with Disney products.
