CO-OP: Yes.

I first saw this game on Steam after I was looking for a really good CO-OP game. After scrolling through two pages of multiplayer games, I found this one and it appealed to me straight away. After buying it, I through my self straight into the deep end and landed in a game with five other people. At first it all felt a little strange, they all had crossbows, rifles, shotguns... While I was stuck with a pistol, however I got the feel of the gun straight away. The guns feel right and look right, and sound right too. This is was all pleasing to a beginner to the game.

The maps are small maps, but have alot of interiors/exteriors and their are over 200 Community maps that are not listed in he menu's so maps will never get repetitive. Another good thing about the maps is that their are alot of interactions you can do, mainly opening and closing doors. You can use your welder which you have from the start to weld doors shut, but this only delays the zombies/mutants as they kick the door in so they can get to you. But if your sitting on the other side of the door with a hunting rifle aimed right at the doorway. Then they wont be much trouble for you.

The basic structure of the game is to fight waves and waves until you reach the final boss, The Patriarch. Armed with a rocket launcher, a minigun, tentacles and a pretty deadly uppercut this guy is a monster and is probably the hardest boss I have ever seen. So when it comes down to you and your friends, teamwork plays a big part which this game was practically made for. With contant updates coming out, new weapons and new maps are thrown into the game aswell as new characters.

The game is a real laugh with friends, or with anyone online. The chat system works a charm too, so you dont have to have a mic. My bet is, buy this game for a real laugh. The only thing its missing is a way to be the zombies and maybe a couple of more weapons but nethertheless its great.

I must admit this is a must have game, and to end all the fuss... ITS BETTER THAN L4D OK? So stop sending me emails on which is better, because in all honesty I had more fun with this game in a day that I had with L4D in a week.
