The Highs: Compared to most other games Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days has surprisingly refreshing graphics. When your character runs, the camera shakes all about giving the game a realistic feel to it. The actual combat can become monotonous after a while but for the most part its fun to experiment with different weapons and take your enemies out creatively.
The Lows: First off the game is full of bugs, there were several times where I had to completely power off the console to get things flowing again. The game only takes about 4-5 hours to complete, which in my opinion is not necessarily a bad thing but for some it definitely is. The game doesn't develop the characters enough for us to truly care what happens to them. The story is simply weak. And finally, the ending of the game leaves the gamer unsatisfied and waiting for a proper conclusion... However there is none.
Overall: At the end of the day Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days is able to overcome its lack of a strong storyline with its great graphics and game play earning an 8 out of 10.
