The art for this game is beautiful simply put you'll never forget kana face... NEVER and bear in mind that this is a 1999 GAME its a pretty pretty old game.. but its a timeless one at that.

Gameplay/Story (10/10)

Naturally being a visual novel all you have to is choose which action to perform every choice you make eventually effects everything that happens around you.
it tackles issues like growing up taking responsibilities and some controversial themes like incest and Death but its not as cheap its treated pretty well its not some cheap fetish that i can assure you.
The main character kana is the best character in the game she's fleshed out and feels like real person that you'd feel sorry for her.
You play as a brother growing up as a child and trying to make his sister healthy even though she has terminal illness i wont' go far into it but that's the premise you're dropped into.
All in all It teaches you about harsh realities of life and the conflicting emotions you'd have when these life/death situations occur if you're old enough to bear this really saddening story then go ahead and play it its the only visual novel which really strikes you emotionally.

MY Final plea to everyone reading this review would be to drop the usual stigma that this is a Hentai/cheap incest novel... NOT IT IS NOT !! it is the complete opposite of that it is a very deep story with well developed believable characters with circumstances that are both believable and maturely handled.
This is a beautifully interwoven story which is downright crude and brilliant at the same time.
Even if you're not into visual novels,hentais or heck even anything related to Japanese culture the story alone is so brilliantly written that its more than enough to impress anyone !
The only problem i have with this game is that its supposed "happy" ending doesn't really make me "Happy" it just makes me even more sad after watching all other endings.
It looks like a cartoon/manga but the script is straight on brilliant..though there are translation errors here and there but still is not as bad.
