An experience so unlike anything else that I still have yet to fully comprehend it.

When I first saw this game on several game review sites, I was curious as to why it was receiving so much praise. I decided to act on that curiosity and buy the game on the PSN store. Within minutes, I was instantly drawn into the beautiful world laid out before me, despite not having any idea what to even do.

However, as soon as I started exploring this world, I almost instantly gained a sense of familiarity that takes much longer to gain in other games. During my travels, I saw someone else that looked exactly like me, but due to the lack of distinguishing factors, at first I had no idea it was another player.

Despite almost no way to communicate, I felt somewhat relieved that I was now no longer alone in this vast, empty world. We traveled through this world together and I could definitely feel a bond grow between us as we learned the truth of this virtual world. Sliding down sand dunes and floating through the air were made all the more satisfying knowing someone else was having this same experience alongside me.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and after reaching our final destination we parted ways, never to see each other again. It's that aspect of the game that truly stood out to me as I don't think I've ever had a bond between anyone in a game as deep as what I had with this total stranger. This, in my opinion is the games greatest strength and something more cooperative should strive to do.

The only problem I had with this game was that I felt it wasn't long enough, but at the same time, making the game longer might have cheapened the experience. Anyone who owns a PS3: Buy This Game. It's only $15 and well worth it, despite the short length.
