1st Impressions: Jetpack: Refuelled is another excellent arcade release that is cheep, yet can be a blast to play.

User Rating: 8 | Jetpac Refuelled X360
The Good: Unique look, includes both original and Refuelled editions, online multiplayer, history on the game, cheep.

The Bad: Can get repetitive, is hard at times. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The original Jetpack was a classic Brittish-developed game by Rare, before they were Rare. It's a classic space adventure where you build a rocket ship, then get fuel to go to the next planet without getting killed by aliens first. The gameplay is addictive and fun for a while, but can get old after dieing several times in a row. The game includes both the original version of Jetpack, as well as the new refuelled version. The original game is hard, but it is more simplistic. The refuelled version is easier, but there are way more levels than the original. There are 128 levels in refuelled, so you'll have to be playing for hours to beat them all. There is also a multiplayer mode, which I haven't tried yet, but looks good.

The game also includes a brief history of Rare and the original Jetpack, which is cool and definately worth reading.

The visuals of Refuelled are very unique, because they still retain that old school feel, but with better technology and more lush visuals. The sound effects are very well done and the music is actually pretty catchy.

Honestly, this is an excellent start for Rare making arcade games. We can only hope that games such as the original Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie and maybe even Goldeneye might appear on arcade soon.

Overall, Jetpack: Refuelled is an excellent use for 400 M$ points. It will bring hours of old school fun, and it retains the Rare charm. I highly recomend checking out Jetpack: Refuelled.

Gameplay: Old school consept brought to life with more modern challenges and more levels.

Graphics: Very unique old-school meets new-school look is very good and keeps the game looking fresh.

Sound: The sound effects are very well done and the music is great.

Value: At 400 M$ points, you really can't go wrong here...

Final Thoughts: So this is what that game at the begining of Perfect Dark Zero is...
