Didn't expect a racing game in a platformer series to be so fun. The only problems are some bad glitches.

Jak x is a lot different from all other Jak and Daxter games. A couple things you can find is the same are the characters, the great stories, and funny comedy. The new things brought to the table in Jak X really do add to that. Multi-player, full customization of cars, getting to pick your character, a bunch of unlock-ables and secrets, etc. Jak X definitely isn't the best in series, but it's better than expected. I personally think it's better than the first and not as good as the others. But that's just in my opinion. But if you haven't played other Jak games but you're interested in this, you will be a little lost in terms of characters and some other things. And if you like the Jak series but don't like racing, this is still worth a shot. So now that we went over the good stuff, let's go over the bad stuff. The worst thing is some glitches. One is the memory glitch. I personally haven't gotten this glitch on my copy of Jak X, but I've heard stories of people getting their whole memory card corrupted. But if you're reading this thinking about buying it, I think by the fixed that problem with the new copies of it. But there's another glitch that i personally have on my copy. It's a precursor orb glitch. Like in other games you use precursor orbs for money. But instead of being able to save up money after multiple races, you can't save up. After a race you have to spend that money or else that money will disappear. But if you just get used to this glitch, it won't bother that much, but it will still bother you. The only other thing that's annoying is the car physics aren't really realistic, there's WAY too much drifting, although it does pose somewhat of a challenge.

Even with the bad glitches, the fun packed in this game will make you forget all that. Overall i give it a 9.4
