Jak 2 Renegade has changed alot, since Jak and Daxter The Precursor Legacy and for the better in this one jak has guns shotgun type of gun sniper rifle pacemaker and machine gun there's still alot of platforming which is just as good as the previous game the graphics in this game have changed there alot more detailed than the previous the graphics in this game are some of the best in 2003 the game play in this game is mixed between shooting platforming and driving hover cars and the setting in this game is completely different your not in the jungle type setting your in the dirty city streets type of place where you steal hover cars to get around quicker and there's soldier's about if you steal to many cars or accidently one of there cars well there come after which makes this game alot different from the first and daxters alot more wisecracking than the first jak game and there's alot of other funny characters in the game and there's alot of missions in this game there's driving one's platforming one's and a bit everything overall the length of the game's quite long its about 15/20 hours long and longer if you go for a 100% the story of the games really good it continues on from jak and daxter the precursor legacy the game starts of you escaping from prison once you get out you find out that jak has some new power when he was in prison they injected jak with dark eco which turns jak into dark jak overall this is the best game in the series and one of my favorite games of all time.
