The Story of Jak II in a nutshell is that Jak gets warped into the future and is immediatly jailed for 10 years. After he gets out he has a strange power (which they did testing on him while he was in jail) that makes him go all "hulk-like) for a short period of time. He is obviosly pissed and wants revenge on who jailed him, as well as finding his friends who were warped along with him.
Jak II gameplay is just WOW. period. I love open enviromental games like, grand theft auto, you can do what you wanna when you wanna , and where you wanna. There is a variaty of attacks unlike Jak I and the controls are simply easy.
The graphics are pretty good for a not-so-recent game, dont bother me one bit and they shouldnt bother you either.
Sound is a joy to listen to the sound effects sound very realalistic and cool. The music on the other hand rarley ever changes! it's mostly the same track over and over and over again, a minor flaw.
I found this game to have great replay value, only after the 3rd time beating it, it may get boring.
I would recommend this to gamers who like action adventure games and I think this is a for sure classic for the PS2.
