Despite being repetitive in nature and with no real story, it will suck you in for a good amount of time.

User Rating: 8 | Infinity Blade IOS
Story: It's very basic. You will be in control of descendants of a bloodline seeking revenge from the god-king. You will infiltrate the god-king's castle to kill him facing his minions along the way. "Father, I will avenge you" is a line you are going to read so many times.

Gameplay: You will find yourself in various places where you will see a glowing blue circle indicating a direction where you can explore. The combat system is easy. Dodge, parry, block, attack. There is a leveling system where you earn XP and once you level up, you earn states points where you can spend them on: HP, Strength, Shield, or Magic.

XP depends on mastering equipments that you are using and once you master an item, it will stop contributing to your XP. There is an equipment shop where you can buy and sell equipments.

Graphics: This one has got to be the best in the mobile gaming market. It's not revolutionary but a first of such quality.

Sound: Decent sound effects an background music.

Overall: Personally, I spent almost 40 hours playing this game until I finally got bored of the repetition and money grinding to buy new equipments to earn XP. With the new update, equipments can cost up to 24 millions with an average of 14K gold per fight/treasure box. So you do the math.

Nevertheless, it's a good game to have but can be is easily categorized in the "finish it, and never look back at it" category.
