Looks bad but plays great - a true adventure game at heart.

Wow - the first thing I have to say is YES - the graphics ARE weak. This game looks terrible on a 50" plasma - like all images are ghosted/ doubled. But - on my 26" LCD, looks totally acceptable.
There - that is my biggest nitpick about the game - really old-school graphics.
Now as far as an adventure game in the spirit of Indiana Jones at his tomb raiding best - this game is a TON of fun to play. It is not too easy or too hard and keeps you wanting to get to the next chapter just because it is so fun to play.
Gameplay - Great blend of action platformer mechanics with puzzle solving, exploration, and combat. All the Indy staples are there - whip, gun, and lots of other goodies. Controls are intuitive and easy to get used to and Indy handles well. Combat is as varied as you want it to be.
Sound - passable - good Indy voiceover sounds like HF. Rest of sound effects and music are OK as well.
Graphics - fuzzy/ blurry. Just lacking in overall sharpness. Quite OK on smaller TVs.
Overall - I got this used with no manual for $10. It is definitely worth it if you like Indy or Lara and haven't played this game yet. I don't understand why GS gave it such a shoddy review [ which is why I never played it when it first came out - silly me ] unless the reviewer just couldn't get past the graphics. Too bad - it makes the new Staff of Kings game seem like rubbish in comparison.
