Great game, forget about Tomb Raider, the original is always better.

User Rating: 9 | Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb PC
The game had great graphics in its release time (2003), gameplay is also solid, the only thing that pushed me away from giving it a 9.5 is that there should have some characters from the first three movies like Indy's father, or Short Round, it wouldn't have been a drawback to bring Short Round back becuase there's a part of the game which is set up in China. There are a lot of things from the Indiana Jones movies which make this game a great one, like the whip. The story is good but it could have been more realistic (because of the bosses). The music is close to that of the movies.

The enemies have a great AI and they offer a great challenge to defeat, and it's a good thing, although the fighting seems great at first, but then it gets repetitive, becuase it lacks moves. The difficulty of the game isn't that hard but sometimes becuase of many enemies at once or escaping a danger could be quite difficult.

The likeness to Indy is identical, you can't refuse the fact that the character whom you're controlling is him, because of his voice and looks.
From the technical side I didn't find any problems, it runs perfectly on Vista Ultimate. Like 4 years ago I played it on my old PC and it ran great on XP also.

Let's face it, Tomb Raider was copied from Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider could be great in games but not as good as Indy in the movies, and this game certainly proofs that Indy could also beat Tomb Raider even in the gaming world.

The game didn't need any great changes to be an awesome one it just needs to be a bit more close to the movies.

Can't wait for another one, let's hop that the Indy game that was going to be released on the PS3 & XBOX 360 makes it to the PC also!
