One of the best music/rhythm games out there.
I already described the simple gameplay, and now I'll go in depth a little with it. Even though it sounds simple and hard to expand upon, you can actually do a lot with it. There are jumps. where you hit two or more arrows at once, hands, which is either hitting 3 or more arrows at once or holding a freeze and having to hit two more arrows, and mines, which are things that penatalize you. There is also different timing for the arrows, which affect your score. you can also switch the arrangement of the arrows at the top, like having them at the bottom or having some on the top and some on the bottom. you can also space the arrows out by having them go faster, make them speed up as they go up, and a lot more. The difficulty is variable, as all people are at different levels, but anyone of any skill level can play this game. There's Novice for beginners, and Expert for dancing masters. And if you don't like to play on your feet, just play with the controller. It makes the game a lot funner and gives you a feeling of pride when you get good enough to fuly combo those 11 and 12 footers.
The sound is one of the best things of this gane. Not only is the sound smooth, but it has many very good sounding songs, which is one of the reasons I play it. Some of the songs are just as good as real songs. There's something on the songlist for everyone. There's even classical music!
Graphics on this game really don't matter, but they're good nonetheless. Each song has colorful animation backrounds, and the arrows look sleek and shiney, which makes gameplay easier. You can't play very well if you can make out the arrows.
Replayabilty is almost infinite. I play this game to death. I mostly play with the controller, and I never get tired of hitting note after note. it's fun to play really hard songs. It makes you feel good. And since the songs sounds pretty good, you'll never get tired of playing the same thing over and over again. This is a really good game to have in between the times you're wating to get other games. It can fill up any amount of time you have to wait.
