This game is just like the Ceaser games. It has some interesting features that set it apart. There's not much else to add, except that this game has one fatal flaw: there is no way to speed up time. That makes most maps last 6+ hours. I have been known to leave the room, or even the house, while waiting for some grand construction project to reach completion. It's a testament to the game that I'm willing to waste so much time on it. If you can find this game for cheap, go ahead and pick it up, especially if you're waiting for the next set of games to be released.
