You can play this game using only your right hand, literally. I've never had to steer, even once. It's not a bad game, though, because the challenge comes with getting better reaction times at launch, and better shifting reactions. This is where the races are won or lost. I've been disqualified from events even though I've won every race, because the overall 1/4 mile time isn't high enough, and this is due to slow launch or shifting reactions.
I've been playing mostly Pro Stock class, and I've noticed the difference in the car's behavior as I upgrade to different parts. For me the different upgrades and the corresponding changes in the car's behavior, along with the very subtle performance differences with reaction times, have made this a fun game. Mutliplayer is fun, too.
My best reaction time on "Hard" mode is 0.042; see if you can beat it. : )
