Underrated racer makes for some surprising fun.
I popped it in and tried out the track editor. This right here is the meat and potatoes of the game, IMO. Once you learn the physics and what does and doesn't work with track designs, you can spend hours on this thing. Only real bad thing is it kinda gets choppy if you have an asston of track laid out...but it's forgivable because it doesn't affect anything when you actually race.
Sure it's a barebones racer. No conceivable story or history into this type of racing within the game's mythology (or lack thereof) but it's a good play.
I couldn't conceive spending over $15 (and that might be stretching it) but as for my paying $6 for it...it was a very well spent $6.
Good for one of those lazy Sundays. Pop in some music and make some whacky tracks. The world is literally yours in this game.
