Levels are flat, story is dull. To easy, to short. What's Cod in FPS games, thats new Hitman in stealth games.

Hitman used to be a good game. A classic. Something like Max Payne. Where Rockstar did very good job to maintain games character Squere Enix did not. New Hitman is totally different than it's predecessors and in this case it's not a good thing.

The story is painfully dull and pretentious. In additional to that levels are flat and short, evading enemies is very straight forward. But even if you happened to be spotted theres little consequences to that. So there is no pressure to be stealthy, so there is no climate... After all you find yourself totally not carrying for what is happening. After first level (Chinatown), you will be doing same thing over and over again till you kill your target. On the top of that there are bugs that keeps your target/enemies from acting "normally" (they sometimes stuck and not move, so you ether have to restart checkpoint or go loud).

In new Hitman there are many ways for you to approach you target. It's good and all. BUT. But there is very little motivation to even try as your character is rather boring killer, so you care very little for how you do your "job". And since being spotted very often brings very little consequences you are most likely to just find your target and snap it's neck at the very first opportunity.

Controls are often unresponsive what gets you often spoted/killed. It's not very bad but when I play stealthy game I expect much better control over my character.

This game gives you very little joy. To me what is CoD in FPSs, Hitman is in stealthy games. Nothing special, emotionless, easy, uninspiring... Rather waste of time.
