Story (8/10)
The game does a great job of following the book more than the movie. You begin as Harry, finding a place to stay with Cornelius Fudge.

Gameplay (9/10)
Unlike the previous two Harry Potter games for the Gameboy Advance, Prisoner of Azkaban is more of an RPG than an action game. The game is similar to the others while exploring, like using the Lumos spell to light your way or using Flipendo to destroy barrels and clear paths. Now there is a battle system as well. Enemies are shown as white stars on the screen. Running into one takes you into a turn-based battle.

In battle, you have many choices. You can cast a spell (Flipendo, Incendio, etc.), use wizard cards as combos, or use potions. The more you cast a spell, the closer it comes to leveling up. For example, I used Flipendo Uno around ten times before it leveled up to Flipendo Duo. Harry is also not the only person in the party. Later in the game, you get the chance to fight with Ron and Hermione beside you as well.
