A great harry potter game even better then the consoles.

The harry potter games have been know to try to bring you into the world of harry potter none of them did it quiet will but the oftp did pretty good of bringing you to Hogwarts. To start off with you'll notice that harry runs on a board that the camera switches repeatably this is not bad but sometimes i rather get a good view then a cinematic point. This is the only problem because it only happens once in while. Soon after the demontor attack your shipped off to Sirius house with no explanation to how i got there but Harry seems to know so every thing is OK. you'll learn a couple of spells and fetch some items and your sent on your way to Hogwarts. The first thing you'll notice of the detail in the game you can see items in the back round that have great presentation but you cant do anything with them. this does not last long before you start moving chairs and other items you can tell when you can cast a spell on something by when it's in 3d not something in the back round. The students in Hogwarts most have been to scared of harry because the only kids you see are you're friends teachers and malfoy for a friendly duel. Yes their is dueling but it is turn bases but to add some flair you need to perform a micro game before you cast the spell its fun and adds some intensity when you mess up. You learn or improve spells by going to DA meetings so it feels like your leveling but the new spells are not any good and you'll really be using Flippedo for the most time. A problem I have is that the death eaters at the end have no more health then Crab Goyle And Malfoy so their not that sinister. The story of the game is more improved then the other game which gives it more back bone. this also means the story would take you about 8 to 10 hours to complete. But to finish all the mini games which there is a lot about 24 of them you can add a least 2 hours to the game. after you finish the main story Ron and Hermione disappear so your on your own. This gives you time to find all 120 collectibles. At the end you also may notice the multi player which supports single card play which is a plus to a younger potter family. In my mind this game is almost better then the actual save it from being a bad buy with fun mini games a engrossing story and a entresting dueling system its hard to pass this potter adventure up so spend 17 dollars for the ds version of Harry Potter And The Order Of the Phoenix .
