A game fans of the movie will enjoy though could be a little different to what you expect.

As Harry , Ron and Hermione make a return to the big screen for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets , EA games brings them back for the game of the same name.

Based both on book and film (though not dectectable which parts) the game is what you would expect , live the scenes you scene in the movie , play as your favourite characters and well - have fun.

This year Harry is warned by a house elf that their is a plot that will endanger his life , if he chooses to go back to school and soon things become evident when Harry hears voices and mysterious attacks begin.

As Harry Potter you must seek out who's doing these things , defeat the bad guys , play quidditch matches oh and attend all your classes! whew how could we fit all that in and make it seem enjoyable?

Well EA have done it quite well , setting the game up as different chapters really , within the chapters you will have a set amount of things to do that day , could range from tame things like : collecting potion ingredients , or more important things like : sneaking into parts of the school seeking clues.

Once all your objectives are done that will be the end of the day but that of course is up to you.

Like Philosopher's stone before it , you can free roam hogwarts , although now on a much better scale , you can roam almost anywere except places kept for special events (example : quidditch) and once you get your broom , you can jump on it an fly around the hogwarts ground for as long as you please , ok perhaps this wasnt what you really have in mind when playing the game but it's nice to have a gander at hogwarts from different views.

When learning powers you must first obtain the book that contains it , to obtain the book , you are to go through an obstacle course of different platforms and rooms in which you will definatly battle some sort of creatur along the way , use your already existing spells to unlock parts of the course before finally reaching the book and realising you'll have to do something to this extent again if you want to learn any more spells.

And here's where the game shows flaws , although it definatly allows for longer gameplay than most movie based games out there , it can be very repetitive.

However what the game lacks in creativity it makes up for in fun , graphics and easy pick up and playability.
