This is meant for people who can't manage money and have a lot of patience for slow broken matchmaking.

I'm somewhat surprised by how many positive reviews this game has received. Any player I have talked with over the last few weeks have shared the same opinion that this game has way too many issues to be good.

Pros

-Free to play (If you have paid for a gold membership)

-Quirky and different then the majority of the MMO games on XBLA

Cons

Matchmaking: Slow, unbalanced and unreliable is how I can describe it. Every so often you'll get lucky and only have to wait a brief time. In most cases you'll join the crowd in bitching at how slow it takes and how unbalanced the teams seem to end up.

When I asked others how often the game won't start and have to retry they usually say one out of every three or four games it fails.

*Also note if you get disconnected from the game and if isn't your fault (So every time) You still get deducted league points.

Items:

Happy Spinner: You spend money earned in game (happy stars) to spin a wheel with the chance to win a random item. You can spend either 300, 600 or 900 stars when spinning.

I have never received a single premium or better while using this. I have spent around 100k stars attempting the happy spinner. People I have talked have said the same with maybe a few getting a premium.

Item Shop: The only place that you can actually chose what item you get specifically however it costs real world money and the items are almost never good. I am yet to see a premium in it but I have heard of it.

Happy Cards: This is where you go to pray. Your only real hope of getting good item is here. Pick one of the five categories (weapon, shield, armor, helmet, accessory) and pay 18 happy tickets (which is are purchased with real world money) i.e. 2.00$. You get a item for each class (Warrior, Cleric and Mage) However only one is a premium and worth while. basically you're paying two dollars for a 33% chance for a decent item

MATH!!!

Statically you would have to buy each category three times to have a char with all premiums. basically 3x2(5) = 30 dollars. It could also be as cheap as 10 bucks if you get really lucky.

also after you buy 12 packs (24$) your next one will contain a super premium.

Bugs - They're there but don't register thanks to the other flaws in the game.

Summary: A FTP game that had a lot of potential to be fun but is ruined with the obsessive need for micro transactions(to be effective in online play), Lacks the ability to pick the items you want(It's so you pay them a lot more), and a broken and brutal matchmaking system. Sooooo RUN FOREST RUN! This game is terrible!
