Game suffers from a multitude of problems but the main ones are connection issues and unbalanced multi-player matches.

For a free download this game is not what it's all cracked up to be, I've played free-to-play MMOs better than this and it seriously tries to integrate a MMO-esque item shop where you can purchase items and other in-game options via micro-transactions with Happy Tickets which can be bought with Marketplace points. Basically if you have enough Happy Tickets you can purchase Happy card packs which have more powerful items than what can be earned in-game through playing matches or even the single-player. So if you don't buy these card packs you are at a serious disadvantage against players that have because they'll have the most powerful items, it can lead to some very frustrating matches and makes the game not worth playing without shelling out real-world money.

The game itself suffers from technical problems like connection issues that happen from time to time, also Happy Wars has integrated League features with normal multi-player play so if you win or lose a match you earn ot lose League points. In my opinion this feature should have been its own separate entity rather than be one and the same but I digress. As a whole the game has some humor and enjoyable moments though these are greatly overshadowed by a lot of flaws that don't mesh together well.
