Overally, the game is pretty good for a pet sim. It reminded me a lot of nintendogs minus being able to buy items and training for contests. I like the fact you can change the cages, play with different toys, get hats/glasses/etc, and take your hamster out to play. Playing with the actual hamster is limited. You can not train the hamster other than the premade commands. I do not it can recongize different words other. It'll only recongize the word if its in the list (even if the hamster learned the word before but it's not on the list at the present time). I really like the minigames. I think most of them are pretty fun. I think it takes too long to wait for the hamster to want to play though. I can wait for 30 minutes sometimes and 5 minutes other times. I think it would be better with more mini games and being able to play them more often. The game can get boring. Honestly, renting it or getting it cheap would be a good idea. It'd still be fun for younger people.
