The story goes full circle, in more ways than one.

This where it all begins, this is where it all ends. Storywise, the world of Reach is important in Halo lore. This game shows why.

The visuals and the gameplay are on par with the quality that is expected with this series, so are most of the game level designs. Also, weapons and vehicles are better than ever. Yet, the story campaign is short and all feels a little too familiar. HALO: REACH does not revolutionize the genre as the first game did, nor does it really bring anything new to the table.

Still, for Halo fans, this game is a must if only for its solid multiplayer aspect. For casual action fans however, it can prove a bit more difficult to access considering all the Halo universe references.

Pros: Gameplay, the addictive multiplayer, customizable player model that affects your image during the cutscenes - a nice touch!

Cons: Minor AI pathfinding troubles, a bit short on the campaign.

WOW moment(s): The space battle, Jorge's decision, what comes after the story's end.
