For the time this game pushed limits and was very ambitious. Despite chunky controls this game was a lot of fun to play.
Despite the poor overhead camera - really i doubt there was a better option considering the timeframe of when the game came out.
Controlling cars with four arrow keys has obvious problems....and aiming your weapons was also a big pain in the you know what.
Considering the overkill of games like GTA San Andreas - you dont have to find food and eat in this game. There are some genuine fun times in this game stealing cars completing missions and racing cops to the nearest detail center.
The open environment of the game added a lot of replay value and even in its simplistic form - this game was tons of fun.
For classic gaming no games really pushed boundaires and had the fun factor this game did, obvious control flaws and somewhat clunky gameplay limited the fun @ times but this game is a solid play even today.
