GTA VCS is the 2nd GTA game for the PSP . & Just like LCS. This game is freaking sick and a heck of a prequel.

Just like GTA LCS. GTA VCS is an amazing game and an amazing prequel. This game serves as a prequel to the Orignal GTA Vice City on PS2 & Xbox. This game is set in 1984 while Vice City is set 2 years after. Which explains why Phil Cassidy's arm is still there and Diaz is alive. And even the Main Player you play as is a character who died in GTA VC. In GTA VCS you play as Victor Vance. Lance Vance's older brother. Who died in the opening cut scene of GTA VC. In the same way LCS had mainly the same stations for the radio as GTA III did. All the stations you know and love from Vice City make a return, but of-course with different playlists being set 2 years before. The games graphics,weapons, & cheats are all amazing . This game is just great. GTA VCS gets a 10/10 for PSP.
& Just like LCS, VCS was also released for the PS2 later on in 2007
