This is the GTA to put all whole new thing in a once and they have done it. The city is good and they fixed the big problems they had with vice city. The overall thing that took me in was the story it really tells u about the blacks by the acts-always talking about each other phyical apperances-ect, and the voices were good(big up to Samuel L),And Cj sister brought out the ghetto in the black girl. The cutstomization reached its peak in this game although I wanted Cj to wear a du rag but still excellent. The music actual was mostly overall good with 2 Pacs most wanted and Too Short's Tha Ghetto was the mostly the genre of music played. The layout of the city was smooth and the country side is a creative idea that exceeded.Rockstar fix those blocky hands, they were a cutback when the movement during the cutscenes were smooth and the blocky hand made it seem ugly,but my favorite graphical improvement was the fire, there is too much too list but it is overall worth your time and Rockstar keep makin them they way they are.
