San Andreas is highly addictive experience absolutely anyone can enjoy.

User Rating: 9.5 | Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas PS2
Let's just cut to the chase, San Andreas is the best game this year. Unless Valve, Bungie, or Retro can pull a masterpiece off, you'd be hard pressed to think any other title this year can beat it out for the supreme honor of Game of the Year. The new and improved story, the huge yet incredibly varied environments, the fitting music, and the addicting action of the previous games in the 3D GTA series are all back, and better than ever. One of the more intriguing aspects of San Andreas is how it tells its story. The amazing voice acting and great dialogue scripting all form a genuinely enjoyable experience. Along with the voice acting is the sound quality, it's brilliant. While the radio that has become a past time in the previous two games in the series isn't quite as strong, it's still a joy to listen to. It's even better when you have your whole gangbangin' crew in your lowrider cranking up the hip hop tunes. So alright, the environments are huge, what's there to compensate for that? The rather shoddy framerates and occasionally bland or stretched out textures. But the character models are great and well animated, which also goes hand in hand with the great storytelling. A masterstroke in San Andreas are the skills system and the character design (gaining/losing weight, application of body art, and of course your hair style). It's involvement in the game is just enough to be enjoyable, but not too detailed to the point of frusteration. When you're in the middle of a San Fierro attack mission, you don't want to be distracted by your hunger, so the game gives you the chance to continue, with the cost of less stamina in the long run and a weaker stature. Enough can't be said about San Andreas, yet I've barely stated much, it's a game to be experienced, not told about. Go out and buy it, stop reading this evaluation, just make sure that you play it.
