GTA4 was released about 2 years ago. In February they brought a new episode called Lost & Damned which wasn't very good. They then brought in the 2nd episode of the GTA4 series, Ballad of Gay Tony the question is how good it is.

Presentation-The presentation was by far the biggest upgrade in GTA4 and it for the most part stays the same here. The game still looks amazing and while there are no tweaks or anything its not a bad thing. The presentation to keep it short and simple is amazing.

Gameplay-The gameplay has vastly improved in this game. After San Andreas everyone knew what they wanted in GTA4. Sadly most things were taken away, and Lost & Damned didn't bring it back. This game however brings in some new things that are fun. Like San Andreas you can parachute jumping out of the helicopter and land in a specific place. This game also includes a tank but its not a big tank, its basically a little tank you would see in WW1. Its still fun though and most probably question why this wasn't done for the whole series. The parachuting is fun, the tank is fun, and the original GTA4 would've been a lot cooler with these features in them. The gameplay itself is no shocker. Like the 4th one and lost and damned its basically listen to a job find the guy and kill him and then it repeats. The best part of this is you get a score and once your done you can go back with your phone and repeat the level to try and get a higher score. Again people probably questioned why they wouldn't do this the whole series. Ballad of Gay Tony delivers gameplay wise.

Online- Online play hasn't made many tweaks and for good reason. GTA4 still has a fun online play making it kind of obvious why they didn't make major tweaks to the online play itself. It remains its fun same self.

Conclusion- GTA4 Ballad of Gay Tony is a better looking, better playing, but a lot shorter version of GTA San Andreas. It delivers with modes most people haven't seen since 2005 and adds a tank into the mix. I highly recommend getting this DLC ASAP. GTA Ballad of Gay Tony gets a 10 out of 10!
