Almost a good game, but the poor camera system prevents it from being so.

The interface and camera system is absolutely awful. If it had a camera system like the Total War games then the game would be much better. There's also a lack of free will in the campaign, as it's just a set of different city maps that you advance through.

The numerous types of buildings to choose from is great, and is a step in the right direction as far as game design goes. The frequency of fires is absurd. Lots of things will plague and frustrate you, but as you learn the game it becomes manageable.

It could use more information panels too. It's the kind of game that will have to grow on you and will improve over time as you get use to the poor camera system, poor interface, and poor information panels.

Honestly, the game was very close to being a great one if not for the problems mentioned above.
