The quintessential first person shooter for the Nintendo 64.

User Rating: 9.5 | GoldenEye 007 N64
A classic for the first-person-shooter genre. Although not a completely revolutionary title, it was a staple for the Nintendo 64 and still a remarkably addicting game (both single player and multiplayer).

Gameplay: 5/5
+ A great game at the time, and still has lasting appeal today. A fun single-player experience as well as an addicting multiplayer game, offering lots of opportunity to spend hours playing this game again and again.

Story/Presentation: 5/5
+ A perfect tie-in to the movie. The level design is superb and let you experience James Bond like no other game. There were some extra levels added that weren't found in the movie, but they all came together perfectly.

Graphics: 4/5
+ At the time of release the graphics were surely something special, but unfortunately they did not age well. The good side, though, is that the game is no less playable for the fact.

Value: 5/5
+ The single-player game is a blast to play through again through all the different difficulties, but the real value lies in the multiplayer mode. Few things are as sweet as the nostalgic thought of playing split-screen multiplayer with some of your friends.
