One of the best games on the PS2.

This is by far one of the best games of this current console generation. Character developement is spot on and interesting enough to make me want to travel to the local library and study and learn up on greek mythology. The main character Kratos, is one bad Mo-Fo, he is an awesome anti-hero. It's good to be bad every once in awhile. The graphics are phenomenal, voice acting is right on target with the intensity of the game. And the attack moves that the player learns are so fluidly fast and packed full of action, I actually got up in cheering when I ripped the enemies apart.The only complaints I had with God of War was that it is very linear and some of the attack moves can get annoying at times. All in all the game is great. I highly recommend this game to anyone that has an evil side in them.
