Let's face it, Gamespot Reviewers aren't exactly reliable in knowing what's a good game.
Pros:
Addictive, Rewarding, Large Varities of Customization, Alot of Replay Value, Awesome character customization, interesting system.
Comment:
The game is fast paced and is pretty straight to the point, you're a badass gladiator who's brutal and merciless (male) or dreadfully beautiful (female). You fight for glory and fame , restore order , or your freedom this game has multiple endings that reflect your desciscion so there's a large amount of freedom to define who you are as a gladiator. The variety of equipments is massive and you can choose from dual swords, sword and shield, large sword and shield, or either fight with your own fists, some moves can even be applied by other fighting styles. As a result, when you go to multiplayer you'll see plenty of people having unique movesets and equipments which is definetly a plus. The fights are pretty addicitive, sure it may be repetitive but it's a good kind, this human vs human is no Kratos vs Dante, and I gotta say it's equally as epic in those standards. Once you defeat the game you can have the option to start a new one with all your equipment, money and moves, not only that you can choose to look like other famous gladiators in this game, so if you're tired playing a man you can switch to playing as a girl.
Neutral: Stories is alright could be improved but it was enjoyable
Cons:Gets repetitive at times.

That's pretty much it, sometimes I do get a bit tired but I end up still having alot of fun in the end.

Through out the whole game I enjoyed it and loved it, I haven't seen games like these too much we're humans can finally be badass without those guns or having god like powers. This game is just amazing and amazingly underrated.
