I played this right before the Ps3 version and I enjoyed it. A hack and slash that gets the hack and slash part down.

User Rating: 8.3 | Genji: Dawn of the Samurai PS2
I got my Ps3 and wanted to play this one fist so I understood the story and characters. Im glad I did. The game was fun and ran about 9 hours.(And Im one of those people who search every corner in game and get 100 percent completions) So yeah its a short fun game, but it was only 8 bucks at wal mart in the bargain ben. Cant beat that! I love hack and slash games, but this was a lot of hacking and slashing. If this game was longer, Id gave it a worse rating. You can only push buttons so fast for song long. That really was the only downfall. The graphics were nice on the ps2. (when I played Genji for Ps3, it made it that much sweeter to see the graphical change.) The Rpg elements are always my favorite part. You get new weapons and new armor. You can also upgrade your health and your special strikes. This game had awesome cut scene, but you had to read the dialogue and that kinda takes away from the overall feel of the scene. This game is worth a play at 8 dollars. It didnt seem to short to me. If you get bord with your Ps3, try this until the next big thing hits.
