Gears of War 2 is a great third person shooter for the Xbox 360 that continues the great fight against the Locust horde.
The games sees you take on the Locust Horde who plan to sink all the cities located on the planet of Sera. The game sees you play as Marcus Fenix (who leads the Delta Squad) and sees you and your teamate (Dominic 'Dom' Santiago) fight the Locust Horde throughout the campaign. The game continues the storyline of the orginal Gears of War game.
In Gears of War 2 there is a variety of weapons for you to use and attack the Locust horde with.
The campaign mode is great with a great storyline to keep you playing and playing for hours and hours. The storyline is great with a great variety of missions to keep you intereseted. In some levels you get to pick which direction you would like to go, with the rest of your squad going the alternate way.
Gears of War 2 has excellent multiplayer modes for split screen, system link or online play. The game has a great mode called 'Horde' mode which sees you compete against an endless number of enemies (similar to Halo 3: ODST's 'Firefight' mode).
Gears of War 2 is a great third person shooter from Epic Games with a great campaign which can be played in single player or coop mode with a friend. The game also has great multiplayer modes with a number of new maps to play on. I highly enjoyed this game and would recommend this game to anyone who likes the shooting genre of games.
