Atari plans to release its Dragon Ball Z fighting game for the Game Boy Advance in Europe next month.

Atari has today announced that it will release Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu in Europe next month. The Game Boy Advance fighting game, which was released in North America in November, lets one or two players do battle with a number of characters from the Dragon Ball Z series, including Goku, Buu, Gohan, Cell, Piccolo, Frieza, Trunks, and Vegeta.

"Building on the success of our current portfolio of DBZ titles, Taiketsu is the first DBZ fighting game for the GBA," said Martin Spiess, senior vice president of marketing at Atari Europe. "DBZ is a powerful franchise, enjoying a huge fan base around the world, who will all be excited to hear that this fast, fun new game will be available in Europe in March."

DBZ Fans in Europe might be a little less excited if they take the time to check out our full review of the North American, and no doubt identical, version of the game.
