I used to play this game alot as a wizard or a valkyrie. I almost beat the game too but my memory got messed up. oh well.

Story 8/10
From what I remember an evil beast took over and sealed almost every world you could go too. In the beginning of the game only 1 door is unlocked and you have to beat every part of that world to open the next door.

Gameplay 8/10
your basically just pressing the A button to defeat monsters and the B button to activate your magic. But there are potions, power ups. magic attacks, super attacks, keys to climb stairs, Treasure chests all that stuff.

Graphics 6/10
This game has good graphics for the way it was created but i never liked it. If your eyes are bad then you could hardly tell where you were because you looked so skinny and somewhat tiny. And when a bunch of enimies were swarming onto you YOU REALLY couldn't tell where you were.

Bottom Line: Great for some, bad for others. When i got this: 2001. Review posted: 2010. My rating: 9
