Okay folks, be fairly warned before slapping down your hard-earned MS Points for Gauntlet on XBLA. This is the home version, NOT the arcade version. Which means, duller graphics, less complex levels and a "cheaper" feel and look. Not good.

You'll notice that the character models look blocky and boring and so does the level architecture.... and it must be related to MS just not being able to "buy" the original arcade version, because perhaps it's just not "up for sale" or something....

who knows ?

but i do know this, avoid this version like the plague unless you are a hardcore Gauntlet junkie... because in that case, you probably won't care, and just need to get yer Gauntlet On no matter how it looks and feels.
