This is a very under rated game. I think it is not getting the rates that it deserves. Great Game!!

Just compare this game to the first one and see the results, don't judge me, read the review first.
The original Legend of Zelda for the NES was a true masterpeice, but does the second title live up to its name? Well the game is fun to play, but it doesn't use an overhead view, oh no, it uses a side-scrolling view and a... Read Full Review

I wish i could say this game was worth the 14 bucks, but i cant get into it like i can any other one.
Honestly, this game doesn't live up to any of the other Zelda games. I loved the first one, and i love the N64 ones. But this one is one that i cant come back to to play. With it being a Zelda game, you would expect it t... Read Full Review

Zelda II has moments of true greatness, but its unfair difficulty makes its appeal pretty limited.
Zelda II should've been a classic. There's a lot of really great things about it: for one, the side scrolling elements makes the game stand out from the other Zelda's games, in a good way. The RPG elements are really fan... Read Full Review

Among the less celebrated games in the series, Zelda II still offers some exciting game-play and combat.
The good: Side Scrolling game-play with platforming and side scrolling is a great idea, graphics are detailed and beautiful, memorable soundtrack The bad: Annoying random battles, difficult to navigate some times Gam... Read Full Review

Not only is this the worst Zelda game (by far), but it's also a disappointing and frustrating game overall.
Ahh....Zelda II. Almost every review for this game uses the phrase "black sheep" to describe the game's legacy on the Zelda franchise. Back in the NES days, Nintendo chose to not just make carbon copies of their big, ori... Read Full Review
