A game so deep and complex it will make the Thinker statue blow its head. My darkzero review
Before I start off this review I just want to say that I have never played an X3 game in my life. Let me restate that. I have never played an X game in my life. I thought I'd get this across so you know where I am coming... Read Full Review

Rating:8.5
Terran Conflict met and exceeded my expectations.
I am mainly writing this review to get an 8.5 on the record. I am also writing it to tell people who are on the fence about getting Terran Conflict--more precisely X3: Goldbox on Steam-and who have also done some resear... Read Full Review

Murky game
X3 TC is, like x2 The Threat and X3 Reunion before, an epic game ... if you happen to own a SF computer, the kind who support holographic images, verbal commands and intelligent AI. If not, like me, this is going to be a... Read Full Review

i had reviewed this previously but have come back to the game again. It still could have had a better rating tho
so any way you cut it this game is going to take you awhile to play. I like that in a game. I have lots of time to invest, and i like the idea of big empire spanning games that take forever to complete because of legit... Read Full Review

Almost fun, almost rewarding - but not quite
I was approaching 30 hours played when I put X3:TC away. Here is the thing with X3:TC: it is a slow to develop space flight sim. You start very weak and have to find away to earn a meager living. You can do this by ... Read Full Review

Terran Conflict is an incredible game with excellent replayability. Its steep learning curve is a small drawback.
You probably won't like this game for the first hour or so that you play it. You're going to find yourself in a little ship in the middle of a huge system in the middle of a huge universe... with no idea how to fly the ... Read Full Review

I keep coming back to this... I realized there's nothing better. Truly the most beautiful graphics of this genre.
Upgraded now to 3.0 - There is huge fan bass... zillions of mods. I can spend an entire day off playing this. Every minute you play is different from the last. Follow the many missions and endless enjoyment, or set off ... Read Full Review

The games story is poor it don't attract you to keep playing but the graphic´s will make it. the game is fun because you can make factories for your self and make money, then many kind of upgrades for your ship... Co... Read Full Review

Too few choices at the beginning means that the initial grind will bore and skipping it is fatal
There's a lot of good to be said about X3. The economic system is hard to match in it's simple yet functional implementation that proves to be the most elegant I've seen yet, and the ship battles are really rather fun b... Read Full Review

If you wanted to fly a shuttle, first you would need to learn it from the ground.
What is x3?Possibly the great evolution of Freelancer. While it does not empathize on storyline that much, and little bugs sometimes appear, soon enough it gets under your skin. From the beautifull sectors and deepspac... Read Full Review
